WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Sales manager/ Senior property investment consultant
English and Mandarin/Chinese skills are essential. Specific duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Customer service skills and networking capabilities
- Formulation of monthly and yearly sales budgets and ensure these targets are met
- Ensure sales team are delivering exceptional customer service and closing deals
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively manage, lead, drive and direct the sales team
Property investment consultant/ Intern
English and Mandarin/Chinese skills are essential. Specific duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.
- Advice and discuss various opportunities of property services.
- Assemble detailed property portfolio and present it to clients.
- Build awareness and knowledge of the property market in Melb (and overseas) and study factors influencing property market.
- Attend “Property nature” events (such as exhibitions, presentations, seminars…etc).
